Toei Kotsu (Tokyo Metropolitan Transportation Bureau) is a local public corporation operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.　Toei Subway, Toei Bus, Tokyo Sakura Tram (Toden Arakawa Line), and Nippori-Toneri Liner serve an average of approximately 3.42 million passengers per day (in FY2024), playing an important role as public transportation systems essential to Tokyo's urban activities and the lives of Tokyo residents.
