Tobu Railway Co., Ltd. has entered into a business alliance agreement with Asuiku Corporation, a provider of childcare services. With the aim of improving the wellbeing of the child-rearing generation, Tobu Railways implemented a "childcare attendant experience program" for preschool children (4 to 6 years old), utilizing the company group's railroad stations and tourist facilities (e.g., station information service experience, seeing off children at Tokyo Sky Tree®, zoo breeding experience, etc.).

The program aims to provide parents with a sense of security in leaving their children in the care of their children, as well as a "time to refresh" during child-rearing breaks. With a view to increasing the value of the rail line, the project will be developed as a measure to both support the child-rearing generation and revitalize the local community.
